I have a fully pumped oil central heating system, I recently put in a new kitchen sink new taps etc, since then I have found that the hot water pressure downstairs in the kitchen is very low, can anyone give me some suggestions how I could possibly fix this please.

Well if you havent altered your hot water pipe run at all in the process then it will probably be down to your new taps not being suitable for the system you have them on, is it an open vented hot water system?

Sorry not sure what that is how can I tell

Well have you got a copper hot water cylinder with a storage cistern above it, maybe in the loft, if so its gravity fed open vented and your issue is most probably going to be with the taps youve put in.

That's exactly what I've got just thought it strange because cold water came through strong enough just hot that was the problem.

That'll be because your cold is pressurised and your hot relys on head pressure from your cistern in your loft so somewhere the tap is more restictive on the hot supply than your old one was, is it a new mixer tap, with flexi connectors, probably about 10mm?

Yes that's correct
