Hullo boys

I am taking my my oil assesments next month, but I have not touched oil in years (The Boss has just got a service contract for em so muggins here has to do it)

Can anyone recommend some pre reads so i can bone up a bit?

corgiman, i presume you mean oftec 101?. you will need the oftec books....3 or 4 of them ..cant remember :oops: :oops: :oops:
i would phone oftec. and ask. but all the info is in them that you will need for test.
its an open book test and practical/fault finding.

If you need to contact them use your bosses phone if you can as it costs about 95p per minute :) or send them an email.

Mind you when I phoned them a week ago a human answered the phone immediately and went straight to my problem. They were really helpful.

The last time I phoned CORGI it took them 45 seconds to tell me I was being charged for the call :o :evil: . And they gave me contradictory information which left me none the wiser - other than it made me wise to the fact that it probably wasn't worth calling them again :? .

Solid Fuel Advisory Service on the other hand if you ever need them is normal call charge and I have always found them very helpful.
