Oil stain on wardrobe

Hello folks,

Badly need your help here!

About a month back (don't ask how or why!) I managed to spill some Johnson's Baby Oil over a veneer wardrobe.

I've been scouring the web to work out how I can clean the stain cheaply myself - using laundry powder and white spirit was recommended, but that didn't work.

Can anyone help?

Try some lighter fuel, white spirit leaves an oily residue, may already be too late.
