Old 105 (pre- 1984)

Old 105 (pre- 1984) heating large London offices. Front panel removed - water visibly dripping onto burners.

Any ideas about the cause?? and solution??

Also, anyone know of any source of spares for this aged beast??

This is classed as "Immediately Dangerous" and must be disconnected from the gas supply, whih must be capped off, by a corgi reg bod.
What's a "105"? Baxi make one called that now but obviously its different.
