Sorry if this has been covered before but a quick search of the forum hasn’t answered my question.
I’m in the process of buying a house, the house has been re-furbished and the old back boiler is long gone and there is a new combi boiler in the kitchen. In the corner of the lounge where the old boiler used to be I have an air vent that is one of the causes of some damp on the wall. Do I need this vent any more and if not can I have it blocked up?
