Hello!
I have an old brick single garage 18' x 7'6", which is very damp, it has no dpc, is single brick with a slate roof and is at the bottom of a sloping drive.
Do I need planning permission to demolish the garage, lay a raised slab, and erect a log cabin in it's place?
The slab only needs to be 3" high, as at present any significent rain runs down the drive and straight into the garage.
I want to use the log cabin as a hobby room, so it will be fully insulated.
Cheers.

Change of use so I guess yes..
Like for like swap no.
Also height restrictions and local planning laws and restrictions to deal with.
Always best to check.
You also have to consider drains and services
