Old cast iron bath = £££?

JUst took one out. Roll top, standard size, round head end. Feet are just CI brackets not fancy. Has tap holes in the vertical end (ie needs globe or bib taps). All the underside of the bath is rust on the surface only. One or two chips on the enamel at the edge but I guess it would be redone all over.

Is it worth anything?
 
Try putting it in your local autions, if it sells you've got a few extra quid if not you've lost nothing. I put in a couple of cast iron bedroom fireplaces (the small ones) & got a good price for them with no hassle of selling them to the local loonies & timewasters. :lol:
 
How are you going to get it out. Those things are heavy. Last one I did was not a roll top so took a sledge hammer to it.

Tried my lump hammer first cos sledge not with me, nearly broke my wrist !
