Hello there, apologies if this is a topic someone has already covered.

Some time ago, I bought a second hand radiator, an old fashioned column style, cast iron one ("Princess" written down the side). It is all plumbed in and works fine.

The thing is it is covered in thick white paint and I would prefer it to be gold. How can I go about getting it repainted? If I get a stripping company to strip it for me, should I get it pressure tested afterwards? They say I should, but I don't know if this is sales pitch on their behalf!

Also what would be the best way to get it repainted? As it is a column style the bits in the middle would be seriously difficult to paint with a brush. Can you get a radiator spray painted? Would that be a good idea?

If anyone could give me any advice I would really appreciate it!

Thanks!
:D
