hello ,
I was wondering if anyone could help to identify this model of intercom and if there is any newer model I could replace with as for now I can only unlock the main door and only listen but if I want to speak won’t work as one of the cable is loose and I can’t figer it out where it goes as I did test all the numbers and for some reason it won’t work . I have attached a picture below . This system has 6 cables going to the phone and 2 more separate next to it going to a switch to unlock the door . Tried to contact Elvox directly but they said it’s a very old model and they don’t have a manual for it unfortunately.
