old flagstone floor & UFH

I haven't exposed it yet but think I have old flagstones under a screed of self levelling in old kitchen which is about 3mx3m.

If it is there, I am thinking of lifting it, digging out about 250mm then insulating, laying ufh and replacing flagstones. Has anybody done this?

Can anybody point to online video or advice pages?

Ive taken concrete covering flags and unbreathable coating off my walls and going to do the 30+m floor with limcrete
Fortunately it wasnt prepared well before concrete was layed so wasnt stuck but you may have more of a problem with slc
