Old tap with union connectors.

I went to an old peoples block of flats from the 1930s today.

The cold stopcock in the kitchen is an old union type but someone has bodged a modern tap connector to butt up against the flange. Its not leaking but could at any time!

Does anyone know if its still possible to get this type and if so where?
