Old UPVC window hinge

the top hinge of one of the upvc old winnows snapped. you can see it clearly from pic 1, zoom into the top right hand Conner. pic2 also shows the part that is fixed to the farm. it is an old hinge that allows the windows to open full inward or partially by tilting inward from the top. it is very strange hinge, can someone please advise where to buy it. Also I need 6 of the breaches shown in pic 3

I know this is a DIY site but this really isn't a DIY job, your window - a tilt n turn has a mechanism that is notourious, tilt n slide patio doors were the same. There are so many variations and makes of locking mechanisms and hinges you really need a service engineer with a thick catalogue of hardware in front of him, it could even be that the exact mechanism is obsolete and an available one retrofitting, defo not an easy job
