We recently had a new roof fiited to solve leaks and damp problems, the first year there was no problems however we have recently noticed damp patches in the same areas as before. The property is 130+ yrs old, it is of soild garnite construction in the style of a fisherman villa, the damp patches are all located in the master bedrooom this room was completely stripped back to the outside walls new framing was fitted plus insulation of the foam silver backed varitey was added, new sheeting was also fitted this is also silver back, to the walls and roof, a fire place was discovered which was sealed up, a air vent has been fitted and a new chimney cap fitted which is made of concrete. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Can you post a pic of the damp problem and outside if possible.
