One cold rad

One upstairs rad has become cold for no obvious reason. The feed pipe is cold too. Tried bleeding but no air came out just black water. Any ideas?

Sounds sludged up!

Take it off and wash out with hose.

Open each valve in turn into a bucket or hose to see if there is a flow and push out sludge.
