My upstairs loft has two radiators...one heats fine..the other is ice cold....as are the pipes going in & out. I have bled the radiator, and expelled all air until water spurts out, but it still won't heat. If there is an air lock in the pipes..how do I clear it? Hope someone can help???

Does the radiator have a thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) fitted?
