One LED spotlight staying on when changing from gu5.3

Hello, looking for some help. Changing my existing spotlights to LEDs. Managed to do my bedroom and hallway fine, but my living room, the first light is just constantly staying on but when I wired the second it works with the switch. Trying to do some research but don't know if I'm searching the correct terms. The below is the original wiring of the first switch. Didn't know if it had something to do with with being a single live switch wire and needed to add a core? Just to add my bathroom lights have stopped working as well as the extractor, don't know if something has been pulled because the original wiring was absolutely awful (just like everything else fitted in this place), there is still a live current to all the spotlights and the switch but lights aren't working. I know everyone is going to say call an electrician, I will get my partners dad to help when he comes back from being away if can't figure it out (he's qualified).

Your post doesn't make a lot of sense to be frank.
The picture is of a transformer ,not a switch, and it's probably not compatible with LED lighting.
Are the bathroom light and extractor that don't work part of the same circuit as all the other lights that you listed ?
 
likely connected to live circuit rather than switched live , but as stated your description is vague .

Sorry, I am aware its a transformer, I should have said! The new LEDs are GU10 and are connected to the mains instead of the transformer. The wiring had a blue single wire which is a live wire for the switch that hasn't been marked with a brown sleeve, then has two twin and earth cables, one for that spotlight and then one going to the next, so they are daisy chained. The two earth wires where capped in a junction box before the transformer.

Yes it's part of the same circuit. The living room/bathroom/hall/1 bedroom are all one circuit and the other circuit is the second bedroom and the kitchen lights. I've included an image of the switch, but that's probably not super helpful as can't see how everything is connected so will take a better photo.

Induced voltage. Change the GU 10 to a GU 10 halogen to test
Will give this a try thank you, I had thought of this but it didn't seem to dim at all. But I'm going to go out and get one tomorrow and give it a try!
 
Thank you everyone who helped I've sorted it! It wasn't induced voltage, the information I was getting off a YouTube video (I know please don't judge me) didn't include the neutral from the existing spotlight cable in the wago, with the switch live and new twin and earth for the spotlight neutral.Think I'd tried everything apart from this. The good part is I've learnt so much more. Really appreciate everyone, my dad passed last Christmas, he was a builder and we'd usually do this kind of stuff together.
