I have a baxi boiler 3 70 PF boiler in the garage, when the central heating is on all but 2 of the radiators heat up well. One in the hallway and one in bathroom upstairs, both only partially heat up and seem to heat up at the top half rather than lower half. I have tried bleeding them but it is no better. Any ideas?

Sounds like they need balancing or you have a bit of sludge in the system. Try taking them off, blow a hose pipe though them,and shake them out. Re-fit.
