one radiator not working?

Hi-

Have just put on the heating to the house and have the main bathroom radiator not working?

Any ideas on the best way of checking this from a "kick" lol to turning off the heating and opening it up at the valve?

this was heating last march/april so is it just stood for too long and maybe blocked??
