Drained the system to fit a new non return valve. Refilled system and bled rads, all upstairs ok. hall and Living room ok but Dining room stone cold.no air in rad. Checked thermostat pin moving ok.Pipes to Dining room rad luke warm.

try turning off all rads except the one heating up..and if you have a zone valve or gate valve on cylinder turn off too.this will push air out of the circuit to rad
jf2909 thanks for your help. Around 11 pm loud rumbling noise from system then radiator working ok. It must have been an air lock in the system.
