One Set of Radiators Not Heating Up

Not much information to go on; but at a guess, you have a sealed system (ie. no feed & expansion tank). Have you repressurised the system after bleeding the rads? This should be done when the system is cold, by opening the filling loop until pressure shows about 1 bar.
ps. it's best to bleed rads when he pump is NOT running, to avoid the possibility of air being sucked in. Hope this helps
