Ongoing Problem with Baxi 105e

CH comes on for 15 mins or so and then cuts out with 30 and 40 red lights flashing (flame failure and safety thermostat). Will fire up again after reset but then fails again etc etc. Also occurs when HW demand whilst CH is on.

Baxi have replaced PCB and Temperature Sensor (2 visits). Third visit awaited.

CH can run without failing if CH Temperature Control is set to about 2 o'clock (temp gets to 50 only - not good for cold winter nights).

No knocking noises etc from Boiler

Any suggestions ?

Has anyone cleaned the return filter and the plate HE ?

Has the pump impeller been inspected???
