I have a Ideal 120 boiler system with only one bathroom. I can only get hot water from the HW bath tap if I turn it on only a third of the way. Any further and it runs cold. that means it takes a long time for the bath to fill up. Any suggestions as to what I have to do to get it to at least half or 3/4 running hot water ? Thanks.

Unfortunately these are one of the worst boilers ever made and as such not many engineers are willing to work on them, myself included.
I recommend you call Ideal direct and let them sort it out. This will be your quickest route to full performance again.
