Opella Variflush Torbeck Dripping to a Finish

Hey,

So just moved into a new apartment and the pump keeps going off after a flush because the Opella Variflush Torbeck somes to pregressively slow down the refill speed and then maintain a drop for a long time.

I've tried changing the fill level on the arm but it still drips to a finish. Anyone know what I need to do here?

Thanks

Thanks for the input. How could I confirm that and what do I need to do if it is the case?

The only way you can confirm this is to replace diaphragm as it is sometimes impossible to see anything wrong with the existing diaphragm.

The diaphragm is at the hinge end of the float arm.
