osch WFF1201 not filling properly

Hi,

According to my gf, our machine is not filing properly and is leaving the clothes smelly.

It runs the program fine and empties as usual
Checked the obvious, filter, feed pipes.
Did an empty wash and it is filling but not as much as it used to.

Any pointers to what might be the cause?

She's doing my nut in.

smelly machines is a common fault so is people thinking not enough water is going in
Modern machines use less water
Lower temperature washes and useing gently powders or liquids add to to problem.
Do a service wash every couple of months.
No clothes 90 degree wash with 2 aerial bio tablets,
It can get worse as it desolves sludge so do it acouple of times.

Not measering correct powder or liquid
overloading with clothes=
