OsmaDrain Inspection Chamber cover - where to buy?

Hi,

There is an OsmaDrain Inspection Chamber cover on my driveway which has craked and the tabs holding it down have snapped off. This is dangerous so I want to replace it. I am having trouble finding a replacement cover. I have looked in the sheds, online and on the OsmaDrain web site but can't find it. I have also Googled but nothing. Does anyone know where I can get one from? There is a picture here:

It is 265mm in diameter.

Travis Perkins I think are Osma stockists, though you may need deep pockets.... New version is likely to be plastic, might be beneficial to surround it with concrete for extra strength if its in a driveway.

Looks like its for the 250mm dia inspection chamber.

TP do Osma - But Drain Center do Marley similar - £20. All plastic now.
