osmo topcoat any tips to get an even finish

As title, I find it hard to get the finish even across the whole surface. I can get most of it fairly even but keep ending up with patches and streaks that are dull.
Any tips for how to make it a more even finish? I dont mind if it is not high gloss as long as I can get it more even.

I give surface a fine sand between last two coats.
