OT: Happy New Year & 2008 Christmas Lights Pictures

Hey Guys,

Firstly Happy New Year to everyone!

Well it’s that time of year again, love them or hate them pictures of this years display(s) are now available at the link below. The password to access the album is “mandalore” without the quotes, once there use the links on the left side to access the sub albums.

For those of you more interested in the technical side I’ll be adding more pics as I dismantle the display to show what’s inside those mysterious grey boxes with loads of cables going into them hehe!

Also new this year at my house are 4 CCTV cameras to keep a watch over the lights following some minor vandalism last year, these will remain in place all year.

You will have to get another timeguard weather box this year to replace the volex box which leaks.

I don't think that you could get any more cables into some of the boxes if you tried, as there are so many cables in some of the boxes.
