Outbuilding change to habitable room

Hi All,
Looking for some advice...here goes I have a double skinned out house with a big window, door, concrete roof, concrete floor and ventilation...my question is do i need to get planning permission to turn it into an office/games room or bedroom? Thank you in advance for any information i may receive

No, unless it's a listed building. You would need a Building Regs. application, which will primarily be concerned with thermal insulation, means of escape, and electrical work.

Building regs. would be around £2-300 ish.
