Is there and outdoor connector out there for a flat 2.5mm twin earth cable?

Its not for emersion into water its to replace a led light fitting, doing it the proper way.

If the joint box is going to be fixed securely to a wall, and you enter the 2.5mm2 via a regular 20mm plastic compression through the BOTTOM of the box, I can't see a major problem.
 
Sorry for the late response, it has a flat cable going straight into teh back of a led outdoor light at the moment, its been like that for nearly 3 years, i may look into the easist option as recommended by sparkwright.
 
Can you Post a photo? Maybe you could trace it back to where it's fed and fit a new 2 or 3 core cable directly from that into the LED Light?

Not at home ATM, but not possible as cable is coming out of top of front extension below roof and running inside, buried in wall to a switch.
