please help me. I have a double outdoor switch that i want to use to switch on/off a pond pump and a pond filter. I have a com, l1 and l2 on both switches. I will have a live, neutral and earth from each unit, and obviously the mains coming in to feed it. What goes where?

lol. the feed will be live, neutral and earth. I do have an earth point in the switch so that is easy, but how should the rest go? Am i being dumb here?

yes.

Tip - you dont switch the neutral with a two way switch (which you have).

Where is your feed coming from? Describe things a little better.

i knew it had been asked before, i just found

The brown wires at the top are to your lights and pump repectivly

the brown wire at the bottom is the supply

(the orange wires are an alternative position)

all neutrals should be connected together in a choc bloc (each has its own)

all earths should be connected together in a choc bloc (each has its own)

Please tell me the supply is rcd protected and fed via an fcu with 3 or 5 A fuse
