outdoors drain

hello,
i need help, just bought a house with extension.. extension biuld with no outdoors drain( drain behind the wall on neib. side .. biulders didnt extend it to front wall of my extension.. how can i manage to drain rain/cleaning water in garden?

Does the patio tilt towards the house or the grass - is there a drainage slope.

If it tilts towards the grass then the easiest way will be to dig a trench and lay a linear drain into a soakaway in the grass somewhere.

If it tilts towards the house then remove one of the lines of paving slabs, dig a trench, lay a linear drain and run it into a soakaway you may have to dig up more patio to run a drain into a soakaway!
