Outlook contacts

I use windows 10 and Outlook for my emails. I have three email accounts set up.
All my contacts are associated with one email account which is not my main gmail account.
I want to change the account they are associated with so that I can sync contacts between my PC, phone and tablet. I know how to do this if the Outlook contacts are on my gmail account.

How do I get them onto the other account in outlook without typing every one again.

can you not just export them in to a csv file and import them? Or are you trying to create a new address book.

I personally use thunderbird which will happily allow multiple address books.
