Outside Light - would you be happy?

That was NO Electrician......not even a Handyman would do that
 
If he has used the so called flexible seal on the side for cable entry then it's going to leak, those are crap.
he's a cowboy.
 
Update on this and yes, as you guys predicted, it did stop working. Said he was going to replace again but hasn’t come back. Will be leaving a bad review on his work. Imagine he rewired someone’s house.
