Hi I have the top half of my house covered in render (rough coat) not smooth been on since house was built mid 80's
Whilst painting it I have noticed a crack approx 2 -3 mm wide running from top to bottom on the gable end and another on the other gable from the window to the top of the gable. I seem to remember crack was there last time I painted !
What to do ? If I fill will it stand out like a sore thumb ?
Flooded it with paint does not look to bad but concerned if water gets in.
Do I channel it out and fill ? if so what with ?
