outside run on saniflo outlet

hi just wondered how you guys would go about running a 22mm pipe from saniflo that would have to go outside for 1500mm(vertically). Would it be best to do that bit in copper, if so will a pfit straight work for going from overflow 22mm to 22mm copper?
