Outside tap vibrates the pipes when turned on?

Hello,

Our outside tap, when turned on seems to vibrate the pipes and there is a loud noise like a power tool, however the loud noise/vibrating goes when the tap is fully turned on or if you turn on a tap inside the house.at the same time.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Strip it down and fit a new washer in the first instance.
