Oven light cover seized....

Hi all

The light fitting lens in my Bosch oven has seized in its thread - I bought the plastic 63mm socket tool to remove it.....but no luck. It’s solid .
Any ideas on how to remove it?
PS - I've got a spare lens, if it comes to it..........but would rather try to get it out whole.

Try a squirt of wd40 with the little straw thing on the nozzle (make sure the oven is cold ).
