Can anyone help a girl out?...think this may be easy to pinpoint if you know about plumbing...
The overflow on the outside of my house is overflowing...not massively, but just drip, drip, drip!! then it stops and then sporadically starts again  I've checked all the loos inside the cystern and they are fine and not overflowing,,so....could it be the tank above the hot water heater ...or I think theres the square cold water tank in the loft space...I've never ventured up to either, so how would I fix it? I'm assuming they have a float etc? Is the start/stop dripping anything to do with drawing water in the house? Would appreciate any advice... Thanks very much.
