Overhanging gutter and drain

I have just been reading this post and now have a query

my house is about 14 years old my neigbours garage gutter and drain overhang my property and drain is in my garden this is an original building from new is this allowed or do i have any redress thanks

You probably have no redress. The key is it was built like that, and you have the drain gully
