My neighbour and I (we both share a septic tank on my property) have been offered a free package treatment plant to replace our old septic tank through a scheme that enables property developers to offset phosphate pollution.
The scheme sounds very attractive but I would like to speak to some who have already taken advantage of the scheme and had a PTP installed.
Is there anyone in the forum that has had experience of, or knowledge of the scheme and it's results?
