High blood pressure can cause pain so not so sure about the nurse! But thanks for the thought. I also need a better spell checker it seems.
I am dyslectic which is fortunate as it also means I am ambidextrous so I can use left hand to scratch with as well.
However items like my camera are designed for right hand use so still need right hand.
Problem is index finger will not straighten so I tend to use next one to point with and people do some times get the wrong idea!
The comments on Vitamin D and sun lamps have been noted. I did try to reply but it said I had entered wrong code for private message.
