Just about to have concrete floor (slab onto dpc) latex'd.
-
a) does any sealer need to be applied, before the latex?
b) can i use garage floor paint directly onto the latex?

Please advise.

If your concrete floor is grubby it will need preparing to receive latex, a pass or two with a floor grinder may do it. If the floor is new and just uneven then usually you just apply the latex (At least you sweep the floor first!)

When you have done and allowed the latex to dry then a floor paint will be fine. - Observe manufacturers instructions.

This is for the vast majority of applications - However, you should always follow the manufacturers instructions in case their product requires anything like a primer.

Edit: I just looked at Ardex products. ARDEX K 15 always needs a primer
ARDEX K 13 not usually. So it's an example of the need to check the product you actually use.
