Paint over Sadolin (interior only) on new window?

Hi

I'm ordering a new hardwood window for a kitchen from our local joiners. This will be finished with 'black' Sadolin exterior and 'white' on the interior.

After the window is installed I'll be re-doing the kitchen and want to paint over the interior with a specific colour. Does this cause any problems with the Sadolin? am I better off asking the joiners to coat the interior with another colour, or transparent? or just leave it off entirely?
