This query is regarding a flat garage roof which is attached to my mother and fathers house.
The roof was completely pulled off and redone many years ago - possibly as long ago as 1997, certainly the late 90's.
It is completely sound and has never leaked and still doesn't.
However, I noticed when I was up there earlier in the week fixing their satellite dish that it used to be a very light grey/silver colour and that has now almost completely washed away.
I understand that they are painted for good reason, to stop them heating up in strong sun and melting the tar I would assume?
To that end, can anyone recommend a suitable paint that I can apply to return that protection to the roof?
