Paint Recommendation

Hi

Can anyone recommend me a paint. Here are the requirements

• White walls and ceilings. These are low end rental properties and the room sizes are quite small so the brighter the better
• I will be spraying
• When decorated the flats have any external walls dry lined with insulated plasterboard. The rest of the walls are already decorated
• Other than that just cost

Any trade brilliant white will do, it's a tougher paint with better longevity ,I prefer Matt as it's a more modern finish and it will still be washable
