Paint solution for garage floor

I've raised my garage floor to add insulation so that I can use as a workshop as well as parking cars.

The floor is 19mm ply over 75mm joists laid on DPM sheet with insulation between.

I want to put a hard wearing finish over the top of the ply and have looked at epoxy finishes, but are they suitable?

Advice please?

Far too expensive I'm afraid!!!

Was considering vinyl tiles but that is going to cost around £400
