Painting a high internal wall

I have to emulsion a room with 20 feet high walls, I have an internal scaffold
tower but I am worried that I wont be able to keep a wet edge. Whats the best way to go about it? Will I end up with lines everywhere if I lay off vertically. What is the best way to blend it in? Advice gratefully accepted. Al

Thanks for that I will buy an extended pole, is paint conditioner a good idea?
