Painting A Newly Plastered Wall

Hi Just wondering if I could get some advice. We have recently done a major renovation including plastering some walls.

When we went to paint them we undercoated them first and have now put on about 3 coats of paint when looking at it from front on it looks fine but when looking at it from side on it apparatus blotchy

Any help greatly appreciated
