Hi Guys,
I wonder if anyone can help me, I have recently bought a Victorian railway cottage and its got a tanked and plastered cellar painted in gross colours.
I've done a base coat of normal matte emulsion so get rid of the bright colours and I'm wondering if I need to do a final coat with cellar paint even though its been tanked and plastered?
