Hi

Can anyone give me some advice about painting an outside wall with masonary paint? I was thinking of using either Sandtex or Dulux Weathershield paint.

What I would like to know specifically is:

1. Do I need to prepare the surface and how. I had a painter do it for me last time and I'm sure he just painted the wall without any preparation.
2. How wide a paintbrush should I use - wide as possible?

Thanks.

If it's been painted before just repaint it using a roller on a pole.

Thanks, joe-90. I didn't think of using a roler for an outside wall. Should help doing the job quicker.
